Payment

Payment can be made through our web site via credit card - Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard or via EFT, money order or business cheque (only by prior arrangement). Alternatively, you are welcome to place a phone order. We are able to take your credit card details over the phone!

All our prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Delivery Information / Back orders

We deliver Australia wide. We use Australia Post Registered Parcel Post and sometimes other couriers for all our deliveries. We offer a postage and handling flat rate of $7.95 per parcel to Victoria, $14.95 for Postage & Handling per parcel to NSW, SA, QLD, TAS, and $24.95 per parcel to WA, NT. (Please note: 20kg limit per parcel) We use Registered Post; therefore all parcels must be signed for, as a safety precaution, and will not be left at the front door. If not at home the courier service will either attempt to make the delivery the following day or leave your parcel at your local post office for pick up. You will be notified via a card left in your letter box.

We also offer a SMALL PARCEL rate for small or single item orders. Depending on size and weight we offer EXPRESS POST 500g SATCHELS for $7.40 or EXPRESS POST 3kg satchels for $10.50. These deliveries can be tracked in the event that an order becomes misplaced. We can also offer PREPAID SATCHELS, which are not tracked: 500g PREPAID SATCHEL $5.30 or 3kg PREPAID SATCHEL $9.30. Please allow 1 - 8 working days for delivery depending on destination (excluding weekends and public holidays). All toys are dispatched within 24 hours.

All toys are in stock and available for immediate dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the site. You will be contacted immediately if an ordered product suddenly becomes out of stock. We may offer an alternative or offer to place the item on back order for you. This item will be delivered free of charge when ordered as part of a current purchase. You can also elect to have that amount refunded. Please note: Gr8 Toys does not file/ collect customer credit card details. We will need your credit card details to organise a refund /credit to your card.

You are welcome to place a new item marked 'ARRIVING SOON' or 'BACK ORDER' an existing 'OUT OF STOCK' item into your shopping cart. This item will be charged an extra delivery fee to your account and will be delivered when it becomes available. This ensures that you do not miss out on incoming new stock or on any specials advertised. Please note: that items marked "HEAVY" will be charged as a separate order.
