Payment

Payment can be made through our web site via credit card - USING Visa or Mastercard or via EFT, money order or business cheque (only by prior arrangement). Alternatively, you are welcome to place a phone order. We are able to take your credit card details over the phone! All orders are processed through WESTPAC.

All our prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Delivery Information / Back orders

We deliver Australia wide. We use Couriers Please, Fast Ways or Australia Post (Registered Parcel Post or Standard Satchel Post) and sometimes other couriers for all our deliveries. We offer a postage and handling FLAT RATE (PER ORDER) of :

• NSW - $12.95
• ACT - $12.95
• Qld - $12.95
• Tas - $12.95
• SA - $12.95
• NT - $19.95
• WA - $19.95

(Please note: 20kg limit per parcel)
When using Registered Post or courier service all parcels must be signed for, as a safety precaution, and will not be left at the front door. If not at home the courier service will leave a note to reorganise delivery the following day or leave your parcel at your local post office for pick up. You will be notified via a card left in your letter box.

We also offer a SMALL PARCEL rate for small or light single item orders under 500gms for only $5.95 AUSTRALIA WIDE. Please place this order via PHONE ORDER ONLY on 1300 gr8toys.

Please allow 1 - 8 working days for delivery depending on destination (excluding weekends and public holidays). All toys are dispatched within 24 hours - same or next day.

• SA - approx. 3-4 days
• Qld - approx. 3-4 days

All toys are in stock and available for immediate dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the site. You will be contacted immediately if an ordered product suddenly becomes out of stock. We may offer an alternative or offer to place the item on back order for you. This item will be delivered free of charge when ordered as part of a current purchase. You can also elect to have that amount refunded. Please note: Gr8 Toys does not file/ collect customer credit card details. We will need your credit card details to organise a refund /credit to your card.

You are welcome to backorder or place an item marked 'ARRIVING SOON',into your shopping cart. This item will be charged an extra delivery fee to your account and will be delivered when it becomes available. Items marked as 'ARRIVING SOON' will be back in stock within the next few days or week or as marked on the item. Pre-purchasing this toy ensures that you do not miss out on incoming new stock or on any specials advertised. Items marked as 'OUT OF STOCK' CAN NOT be placed into your shopping cart as we may be waiting on confirmation of more stock. If you place an order that includes both in stock and arriving soon items and you are happy to wait until all items are in stock for order to be dispatched and wish to PAY ONLY ONE DELIVERY FEE please place a phone order so that your order can be placed on 'hold' until all items are in stock!

Please note: that items marked "HEAVY" will be charged as a single item order due to size/weight/girth. Customers can not include other items in this order. All extra items will be included in a second order/charge.
