Staff at Gr8 Toys have worked hard to source QUALITY educational and developmental toys for our customers. We are proud of our product range and are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, but in the event that a toy needs to be returned, please read our Returns Policy below!
Faulty / Damaged Goods Returns
Gr8 Toys is happy to offer a refund, exchange, credit note or repair goods (customers choice) if the following conditions are met:
• Toys received are faulty or become faulty through no fault of your own.
• Toys received are not doing what they are supposed to do.
• Toys received are significantly different to the online description.
• Toys received have defects that were not brought to your attention.
Please note that goods must be returned within a resonable time frame. You may be asked for proof of purchase. You may be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault.
Please contact us IMMEDIATELY to report fault. We can offer a credit note, organise repairs/replacement parts to be sent direct from our distributors, to exchange the toy or organise a refund. In some cases, the product will be organised to be returned DIRECT to the distributor, using ‘reply paid post'(no cost to you). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number/ proof of purchase to discuss. Please note: We ask that goods be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and ORIGINAL PACKING to prevent any further damage.
Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if item received is not item ordered or is significantly different to online description. Gr8 Toys is happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note on product received. Please note: Item MUST NOT be used and MUST be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION and ORIGINAL packaging. Product will be inspected on return. We may not offer a refund if product has been used
Change of mind returns
Gr8 Toys is happy to offer a credit note that can be used on our huge range of beautiful quality toys for change of mind returns but we ask that:
• Products MUST be in their original condition and packaging, both unused and undamaged
. We will need to sell the item! Please note: Products will be inspected on return.
• Change of mind returns MUST be organised within 14 days of receipt of goods
• Please contact us for a ‘return authorisation number”. Please include this number plus your contact details and order number in the return package.
• Please be aware that you will be required to cover the cost of freight back to us
, if you change your mind on a purchase made.
• Please allow 5 working days for credit note to be sent via email. We will keep a copy on file for you. Please be advised that credit note is valid for 6 months from issue date. Please contact us if you would like assistance to select a more suitable toy!
Change of mind orders
Gr8 Toys is happy to offer a credit note that can be used on our huge range of beautiful quality toys for change of mind orders. If already dispatched that item will need to be returned to Gr8 Toys, at your cost, prior to a credit note being organised. Please note that we do not offer a refund because you have changed your mind due to having found a better price elsewhere, etc. We do try to offer our customers great prices but if you find a better price elsewhere please contact us prior
to placing an order! We may be able to match that price!
Gr8 Toys endeavours to provide as much information as possible on each product. If you are unsure about a toy and have questions we encourage you to call us prior to placing your order! We are always happy to answer questions and to be of service to our customers!
Please note that if you place an item on backorder
you acknowledge that you are aware that that item is not currently in stock. Occassionally stock does not arrive on scheduele due to shipping delays or distributor difficulties. We will try to keep you advised of any change to arrival scheduele. Please note: We do not refund backorders as stock is set aside as the purchase is made. If you wish to cancel a backorder we are happy to offer a credit note for future purchases. Refunds are at the discrestion of the store manager.
Delivery fees will be included in your credit note for change of mind orders and backorder items that have not been dispatched

If you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time frame please contact us! We will trace the parcel for you and contact you to advise its location. In order for us to assist you please contact us within 7 days of the parcle not arriving within a suitable time frame. Time frames are listed in the' delivery' section on our site. After this time parcels may be difficult to trace. We do encourage you to keep an eye on your parcel using the tracking number sent via DISPATCH EMAIL.
Gr8 Toys is happy to assist customers in locating misplaced orders but is not responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit by courier companies. We will assist to process any necessary insurance claims.
